| Event Registration Administrator | In this exciting role you will be working in a fast paced environment handling various tasks that includes team registration, collecting and organizing waivers, and being the first point of contact for our members. The individual will get to experience how to effectively manage and support the administration of the event, as well as learning how to effectively communicate to our members. Other duties include distributing sample kits to team captains. |
| Score Keeper | One of the most important roles contributing to the success of the tournament. This role will require volunteers to track the game score, fouls and keep the game time. Your task will be to ensure that participating teams know the time and the score which will be displayed on the scoreboard provided to each court. One volunteer will be in charge of tracking the game on a scoresheet, while the other will record the score and time on the scoreboard for participants and fans to view. |
| Courtside Assistant | A vital role to the success of our upcoming 4 on 4 basketball event is the Courtside Assistants. In this role, you will primarily be assisting all the teams that are playing in your selected area. Your job will be responsible to aid participating teams by supporting them in their daily needs. These individuals will not only be exposed to a fast paced environment, but will learn how to think on the spot to various demands. Other duties also include aiding the referees in collecting scoresheets and ensuring all information is correct and properly handed into the event booth. |
